A hearty square that you can bite into and has a rich texture from the pistachios and oats. Sweetened with mejdool dates, they pack in ton of fiber but not so sweet. Great with tea, for snack and evening dessert.

YUMMM!!! I loved this treat! Wasn’t sure how oats and pistachio would mix with peppermint bark but Nishi knows what she’s doing because it tasted amazing! I loved the mix of flavors. The peppermint bark complimented these pistachio squares very well. If you have the chance to try these, I promise you won’t be disappointed.
