Chai for lunch? Umm… Yes!

Who wouldn’t like a chai spiced porridge that’s a fat burner and a deliciously satisfying meal?

This protein-rich meal is ready in 5 minutes!

Here is a 5 min recipe of a chai spiced porridge that is filling and delicious:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 PGTips non-caffeinated chai tea bag
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tbsp unsalted almond butter
  • 1 tbsp favorite unsweetened berry jam
  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup or date syrup
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts or chia seeds
  • 1tsp roasted coconut¬† (optional)

Warm the almond milk and let the chai bag steep in it for 4-5mins.

Pour the chai mix over the quinoa, add the rest of the ingredients and enjoy.
